Order your books:

1. Go to Blurb.com.
   You need to create an account.
2. Click on "start your project"
   Input the book specifications.
   - Size / Cover / Paper
   We will include a note of what you chose originally.
3. Click on "Have a PDF? Upload here" (lower right of screen.)
   Upload the Approved Hi Res Layout PDF we created for you.
   (DO NOT use the Review low res approval pdf)
4. The final printing price per book will be shown to you.
5. Apply Blurb discounts.
   Sometimes as much as 40% and free shipping
6. Order your books!
   Additional discounts apply when ordering 10 copies or more.
   And remember: you can always order more books by logging back into Blurb.com

Note:
It can take up to 2 weeks to get your book back from Blurb depending on the time of year.
So if you have a special date planned for an event, order ahead.
To be extra careful, if you have the time, I recommend ordering 1 "review" copy
just to be sure its exactly what you want.
